Recommendation: Gary Howell Why: For the Anastasia Mosquito Control District (AMCD), my priorities are finding a responsible person who ideally has real experience/knowledge regarding mosquito control. Gary Howell has a lot of experience since he's been on the AMCD board for quite some time. I watched a good bit of the YouTube video of him below and he seems to be a good and knowledgeable candidate who wants to learn about various issues before making up his mind, wants to be fiscally conservative, and wants to plan for the unexpected, like hurricanes.
